mekong CLI โ blocked IP detection
The CLI now detects when the server has blocked your IP and exits immediately instead of retrying every few seconds:
โ IP is blocked: ERROR: IP x.x.x.x is temporarily blocked. Try again in 14m0s
โ Reconnect aborted โ wait for the block to expire, then try again.
Relaxed rate limits

Legitimate users (especially during testing) were hitting the old limits too easily with normal reconnect behavior.
